Welcome to CPOA's MENTOR CONNECTOR.
CPOA is committed to ensuring that our organization represents strong, vibrant, and evolving model of diversity and inclusion for the law enforcement profession- a place where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
This on line service helps mentees find mentors within law enforcement; and it gives law enforcement leaders an opportunity to share their experience and provide career guidance as mentors.
Commitment levels can varying from 1 or 2 weeks, if a mentee has an immediate challenge or has a question that needs to be addressed right away to longer-term engagements for career guidance.
