Eric Finn |
Captain Eric Finn started his career with the Pleasanton Police Department in 1990 after serving two years with Alameda County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff. Over the last 20 years he has risen through the ranks serving in all facets of the organization. He currently oversees the Investigations and Support Services Division.
Captain Finn has a BA in Management from St. Mary’s College (97’) and a MPA from C.S.U. Hayward in (01’). He graduated from the FBI National Academy Session #219 (04’) and is in P.O.S.T Command College class #44.
Captain Finn has served on CPOA Region II board for many years including as Region Chair and enjoys serving on the BLEA Board of Directors to improve the public and private partnerships critical to the mission of law enforcement in California.

Troy Parish |
Troy Parish has been involved with CPOA for the past ten years, and a board member with BLEA for the past three. He has helped support CPOA-BLEA events, and developed many strong relationships within the public safety community. Troy is with ShoreTel, Inc.. He plans to stay actively involved with both CPOA and BLEA.
