This energetic course in leadership and supervision training focuses
on human relationships, which are foundational to supervision , leadership and management. Explore the process of building, leading and managing
a strong team. Learn how to set an expectation of excellence for your team and strategies to hold subordinates accountable. The decision making process for supervisors will be explored and simplified.
