Course Description
Are you ready for promotion? Captain (Ret.) Andy Borrello (Author of Police Promotion Super Course) will present a seminar custom designed for law enforcement professionals.  Instruction in the morning session, Q&A panel in the afternoon session.

Instructors:

Andy Borrello – Captain (Retired) San Gabriel PD / Author of Police Promotion Super Course

Andrew Borrello is a Police Captain and 27-year veteran with the San Gabriel Police Department. Andy is a certified California POST Master Instructor and graduate of Command College. He has been presenting law enforcement training in multiple subjects for over twenty years and specializes in career development, career advancement/promotion, and the promotional oral interview. Andy is the book author of Oral Interview Dynamics and The Police Promotion Super Course. His published articles have included topics such as leadership, management, career development, promotional testing, community policing, risk management, and ethics. Captain Borrello has served as a consultant DBA, POLICE PROMOTE and has taught thousands of law enforcement professionals through one-on-one consultations/coaching, seminars, keynote addresses, and large presentations for agencies and professional associations.  Andy’s curriculum is unique, intense, and fun and it’s based on tangible simplicity, effectiveness, and real-world application.

The easiest way to register a group of individuals is using our online system. To choose group registration, click the registration link at the top of this page. Login to our system or create an account. Then, on the registration page, click the second blue button indicating group registration for your agency. On the following screen, click the green button that says “Register an Attendee” and search for attendees you wish to register. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $15 administrative fee.
There will be no refund for cancellations received 15 days or less prior to the start date of the course. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Substitution Policy:

CPOA encourages you to make a substitution if a student cannot attend the course; substitutions will be accepted prior to the course in writing and on-site.

*Registration Policy:

CPOA will not register anyone for a class unless payment has been received in full. If you are not able to provide payment with registration you may provide a credit card to hold the seat. However, all students must be paid in full 10 days prior to the class. If payment is not received and a card has been given to hold the seat, it will be charged.
