CPOA & Citrus Heights Police Department is proud to present this training to you.
Pre-Escalation ™ is an Artemis Law Enforcement Training Program that focuses on tactical and communication strategies aimed at preventing police encounters from escalating.
This program provides options for prevention, de-escalation and neutralization of violence.
Officers will learn team tactics, how to improve their ability to influence the behavior of people in crisis and how to improve their restraint efforts and gain tactical advantage during resistant, dynamic encounters. This will increase officer safety, reduce the likelihood of injury to everyone involved and help us to achieve the most humane and responsible outcomes possible.
