In the wake of recent events nationwide, proposals for force application reforms have very publicly surfaced. Join board members of the Southern California Force Instructors Association, who will guide a discussion on the training that and education that will be needed to address the issues of potential carotid restraint removal from your toolbox, as well as the use of less lethal force options in this next wave of public safety operations.
