The Business Law Enforcement Alliance (BLEA) was formed in 1994 as a partnership between business and law enforcement to develop solutions to crime problems. The BLEA considers educational and/or training opportunities that would directly benefit those individuals and business that are involved in law enforcement activities.
For businesses, the BLEA provides ongoing access to the collective expertise of law enforcement representatives and leaders from throughout the state to provide statewide solutions to statewide crime-related problems.
For law enforcement leaders, the BLEA provides a forum for the discussion and coordination of crime prevention strategies, and an opportunity to learn about potential solutions from the business perspective.
The BLEA also uses contributions to help support charitable law enforcement related groups.
The BLEA Board of Directors is made up of individuals representing various industries and law enforcement leaders.
The BLEA is organized as a 501(c)3 and contributions are tax-deductible.
