  • Create a personal agenda to be presented to your supervisor. In it, identify which breakout sessions you will attend and highlight how these sessions will benefit your agency.
  • Offer to deliver a short presentation upon your return summarizing what you’ve learned or prepare written briefs for colleagues on each session to spread the knowledge throughout your agency.
  • Share syllabi and handouts with your colleagues afterward.
  • Offer to share a room with another agency employee to reduce hotel expenses.
  • Register early to qualify for discounted rates.
  • Take inventory of what supplies and technology your agency may need over the next year. Then, check out the exhibitor list to create a list of which companies can assist you in restocking, reconsidering current purchases and discovering new cost-cutting technology.
  • Present other benefits, such as networking to learn what other agencies of the same size are doing.

Registration Policies:

Cancellations for All Access Pass must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before September 30 will be charged a $49 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after September 30, and no shows will not be refunded. We highly recommend substitutions.

Substitutions:

If you cannot attend, a substitution is encouraged.

Photo and Video Policy:

Photographs and video will be taken at the event for use on the CPOA website and in the press. By entering this event, you consent to CPOA photographing and using your image and likeness (both now and in the future).

 Exhibit Booth Assignment
Your designated booth space includes a standard booth drape, ID sign. No electrical, furniture, or carpet. Note: Carpet/flooring is mandatory and must be purchased, ordered, or supplied separately. CPOA will provide aisle carpeting.

Registration of Booth Personnel
A 10 X 10 booth receives (2) complimentary booth badges. Add your booth personnel by October 1st. Extra booth badges are $25.00 per person. CPOA will be sending exhibitors information in July regarding booth personnel, if you have any immediate questions, please contact dbattani@cpoa.org or call (916) 263.0541.

Vehicle Spotting Fee
Vehicle Spotting Fee remains the same as 2021, at $225.00. CPOA will be sending exhibitors information in July regarding purchasing vehicle spotting fees.

Service Kit
CPOA has negotiated special pricing for products and services exclusive to COPSWEST exhibitors. Show related logistics and marketing tools will be available to you in the online exhibitor services kit and will be emailed to you by May 31, 2022.
